I designed this brochure to showcase a new mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Millbrae, scheduled for completion in 2027. The renderings were provided by the client. In addition to the brochure, I created the social media announcement and email campaign to promote the project. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with two brokers to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing campaign.

La Fiesta Square
La Fiesta Square, located in the heart of Lafayette, offers excellent dining options and upscale retailers in a charming neighborhood setting. I designed this brochure to showcase these highlights, using a square motif inspired by the logo and incorporating graphic elements and a color palette drawn from La Fiesta’s branding.

I designed the marketing brochure for a new mixed-use development in Downtown Millbrae, along with social media graphics and an email campaign. I also handled the photography (except the back cover, provided by the client) and collaborated with three brokers to ensure everything aligned with the marketing strategy.

I have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. I partnered with editors, vendors, and sales teams to produce a 36-page magazine, and I also designed house ads and client advertisements. I managed my own pre-press checks to ensure all packaged files were print-ready.

PCB is one of the publications that I was in charge of, ranging from 32 to 48 pages, depending on the articles and advertisements. Images were provided by clients. Stock photography was also used to help support the content.
